The Lynn D. “Buck” Compton Veterans Law Association promotes social interaction amongst military and Coast Guard veterans, active duty, National Guard, and reserve personnel at Loyola Law School while encouraging public interest in, and pro bono work on, issues relating to the welfare of military personnel and veterans.
To, in the words of Buck Compton '49 - veteran of D-Day and the Battle of the Bulge at Bastogne - develop lawyers, “concerned about the law and what it means, not only to the litigants, but to society in general.”
