The Loyola Law Student Moratorium Project is a nonprofit, educational organization dedicated to obtaining a moratorium on the death penalty. The mission of this organization is to educate the Loyola Law School community, as well as the greater community, about the urgent necessity of a moratorium on the use of the death penalty nationally, with a specific focus also on California. The organization is comprised of individuals who are working for an immediate halt to the death penalty as a first and necessary step towards full protection of human rights for all.
