The Office of Student Life (OSL) oversees LEO‑Engage and the Official Notice Listserv to ensure that campus communications are shared effectively and appropriately. All communications must be law‑school related and submitted through authorized channels. For security, access to submission portals and listservs requires an LMU Loyola Law School login, and these addresses should not be shared outside the Loyola community.
Students are expected to check their email at least once per week, with daily engagement strongly encouraged to stay current on opportunities and updates.
Please note: The listserv and newsletters pause during finals, beginning on the first day of the exam period.

This event communication process utilizes LEO Engage, the centralized platform for student organizations. Students, departments, and staff are encouraged to submit event messages to promote their programs, initiatives, and activities. The process offers guidance on sharing event information through centralized tools, including submissions for the weekly Student Life newsletter, ensuring consistent visibility and efficient outreach.
Official Notice
The Official Notice List-Serv is for official academic and administrative notices only. Students are required to access and read messages at least once a week but are strongly urged to do so on a daily basis. Official notices published through the moderated email lists will be considered to have been transmitted to all students. Authorized administrative departments and faculty only are allowed to use this list. All messages are subject to review before posting.
